ASRA for business
Bookings, scheduling and an AI booking agent, built for outdoor operators.
For fishing charters, hunting outfitters, guides and lodges. List your trips, take bookings on ASRA and on your own website, put every booking on the right guide or boat, and let ASRA bring you guests who ask for exactly what you run.
Invitation-only for now: tell us about your business and we’ll get back to you.

Where your bookings come from
Three ways in. One calendar.
Every booking lands in the same dashboard and on the same calendar, whichever of these it came through.
ASRA WEST and its booking agent
Each trip gets its own page with photos, what’s included, add-ons and the times you have free. Guests find it by browsing, or by telling ASRA what they want.
A guest types “steelhead in Coeur d’Alene the first week of October, two of us.” ASRA searches fishing trips near Coeur d’Alene, highest-rated first, and puts its top pick in a proposed trip next to a place to stay.
Your own website
Paste one snippet into WordPress, Squarespace, Wix or Webflow, with no plugin. Show one trip as a card, list all of them, or run the whole booking on your page. Your dashboard writes it with your trip names filled in.
All the embed optionsPartner sites
A campsite, lodge or tackle shop near you shows your trips on its own site, and its visitors book straight with you. Connect on the Partners page; either side can end it any time.
A partner adds one script to its site, and it lists the trips of every operator it works with.
How partnering worksHow it runs
Everything behind the booking, in one dashboard.
Built around how charters, outfitters and lodges actually work: trips, the people and gear that run them, and the calendar they share.
Selling your trips
- Pricing
- Price each trip per booking or per guest, with a minimum group size to run it. Add-ons like lunch or gear rental are set up once and offered on any trip.
- Instant or on request
- Let guests book a time on the spot, or have each booking wait for you to approve it. You choose per trip.
- Booking window
- Set the minimum notice before a trip, and how far ahead guests can book.
- Payment
- Guests pay you in person, and your instructions (“Cash or card at the dock”) appear at checkout and in their confirmation. Online card payment is coming.
Running the day
- Guides, boats and cabins
- Each trip points at the people and gear that can run it. A time only shows when one of them is free, so nothing gets booked twice.
- Who gets the booking
- When a guest doesn’t pick, ASRA gives it to whoever has the fewest bookings that day, or to the first one free in your order. Your choice.
- Booking emails
- Requests, confirmations and new reviews go to the inboxes you choose. Staff hear about the trips they’re on, and guests get their confirmation.
The business
- Customers
- Everyone who has booked with you and what they booked, whether or not they made an account.
- Team logins
- Logins for the people who run the office, separate from the guides and captains you schedule.
- Reviews
- Guest reviews go live when they’re posted. You can hide spam or abuse.
- Switching systems
- Pick the date ASRA takes over, and block out trips you already sold elsewhere, so nothing double-books while you move.
